What happens when I buy again while still a member?
The days are added to your existing expiry. Nothing is overwritten and you never lose time you already paid for.
How does auto-renew work?
It is a choice at checkout, pre-selected on the 7 and 30-day plans and off on the longer ones. Turn it off any time from your account; access continues to the end of the period you paid for.
Do you offer refunds?
No. This is stated in the Refund and Cancellation terms, and it is why we would rather you used the free trial first.
Is tax included?
Yes. The price shown is the price charged, in USD.
Can I pay in crypto?
Yes — card and crypto both, through Suby. Your role is granted on payment success, so crypto buyers are not left waiting on chain confirmation.
What if I have not joined the Discord yet?
Buy anyway and link later. Your membership clock does not start until you link, so you lose nothing by waiting. The claim window is 30 days and each renewal extends it.
Where are my invoices?
In your account, linked from the billing section. Invoices and receipts are issued by Suby.
Can I change the linked Discord account?
Support handles that for now, to prevent role sharing and resale. Message us and we will move it.
