These terms cover your use of axioncrypto.net and the Axion Discord server. By joining the server or buying a membership you accept them.

What Axion provides

Axion is a Discord community offering market analysis, documented trading signals, education and moderated discussion. Membership is access to that material and that community. It is not a managed account, not a copy-trading service, and not personalised financial advice.

Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction and must not be subject to sanctions that would prohibit us from providing the service. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you, including any restrictions on leveraged trading products.

Your account and your role

Premium is delivered as a Discord role tied to a single Discord account.

One Discord account per membership. Sharing, reselling or transferring access ends the membership without refund.
Changing the linked Discord account is handled by support, so that a role cannot be passed between people.
You are responsible for the security of your Discord and email accounts.

Conduct

Moderation exists so the server stays useful. Harassment, scamming, impersonating staff, soliciting members by DM, and posting other communities' paid material are all grounds for removal. A removal for conduct does not entitle you to a refund of unused time.

Availability

We aim to keep the server and the website available continuously, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Discord, our payment processor and market data sources are third parties, and outages in any of them can interrupt delivery.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Axion Trading INC is not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced in the server before they take effect, and the version number and date at the top of this page always identify the terms in force.

This document is maintained in the site repository, so every change is reviewable in version history. Material changes are announced in the Discord server before they take effect.
