The short version: memberships are non-refundable, cancelling is instant and self-service, and access continues to the end of the period you paid for.
No refunds
Membership grants immediate access to material that cannot be returned once seen. For that reason we do not offer refunds, in full or in part, including for unused time. This is why the three-day free trial exists — use it before you pay, so you are buying something you have already judged.
Cancelling
Turn off auto-renew from your account page at any time. It takes one click, no ticket, and no conversation.
Failed payments
If a renewal charge fails and you have completed at least one paid period, you keep access for a 24-hour grace window while we retry and remind you. A first payment that fails never delivered access, so no grace applies.
Extending
Buying again while a membership is active adds days to your existing expiry rather than replacing it. Nothing you have already paid for is lost, whichever plan you pick.
Chargebacks
A chargeback is not a refund route. Raising one removes access immediately and flags the account, which prevents future purchases. If something has gone wrong with a payment, open a ticket first — it is faster and we can usually fix it.
Statutory rights
Where consumer law in your jurisdiction grants rights that cannot be waived, those rights stand regardless of anything on this page. Contact support and we will handle your request under the law that applies to you.
This document is maintained in the site repository, so every change is reviewable in version history. Material changes are announced in the Discord server before they take effect.
