We collect the minimum needed to sell you a membership, deliver a Discord role, and keep you signed in. This page says exactly what that is.

What we hold

Three categories, and nothing else.

Identity: your email address, your Discord user ID, and any passkeys you register.
Membership: which plan you bought, when it expires, whether auto-renew is on, and where the purchase originated.
Analytics: cookieless page-level statistics with no identifier that can be traced back to you.

What we do not hold

We never see or store your card details — the hosted checkout captures those and we receive only a payment reference. We do not read your Discord messages, we do not sell data, and we do not run advertising or third-party tracking pixels.

Cookies

One essential cookie keeps you signed in. Analytics are cookieless and fonts are served from our own servers, so there is nothing here that requires a consent banner — which is why you have not seen one.

Processors

Our payment processor handles checkout and issues your invoices. Our email provider sends receipts and sign-in links. Discord delivers the role. Each receives only the data needed for that job.

Retention

Identity and membership records are kept while your account exists and for as long afterwards as tax and accounting rules require. Delete your web account from the account page and the identity record goes with it; billing records that we are legally obliged to keep remain.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, export or erasure of your personal data. Email support from the address on your account and we will confirm within thirty days.

This document is maintained in the site repository, so every change is reviewable in version history. Material changes are announced in the Discord server before they take effect.
