We collect the minimum needed to sell you a membership, deliver a Discord role, and keep you signed in. This page says exactly what that is.

What we hold

Four categories, and nothing else.

Identity: your email address, your Discord user ID, and any passkeys you register.
Membership: which plan you bought, when it expires, whether auto-renew is on, and where the purchase originated.
Analytics: cookieless statistics with no identifier that can be traced back to you — which pages were opened, which buttons were pressed, and how the page performed.
Session recordings: how the page was used, so we can find where it is confusing or broken. What you type is never recorded. See below.

Session recordings

We record how the page was used: the order pages were visited in, where the pointer went, what was clicked, and how far the page was scrolled. It is how we find the step in checkout where people give up, which is not visible from page counts alone. Text you enter is masked before it leaves your browser and never reaches us. The payment step is excluded entirely. In the signed-in area a recording shows the page as you saw it, including your email address and Discord name. Recordings are stored on our own server rather than with a third party, and they are deleted after thirty days.

What we do not hold

We never see or store your card details — the hosted checkout captures those and we receive only a payment reference. We do not read your Discord messages, we do not sell data, and we do not run advertising or third-party tracking pixels.

Cookies

One essential cookie keeps you signed in. Nothing else here sets one: the analytics and the session recordings both work from a hash that changes every day rather than from anything stored on your device, no IP address is kept, and fonts are served from our own servers rather than fetched from somebody else's. That is why you have not seen a consent banner.

Processors

Our payment processor handles checkout and issues your invoices. Our email provider sends receipts and sign-in links. Discord delivers the role, and the sign-in link when you use /dashboard. Each receives only the data needed for that job.

Retention

Identity and membership records are kept while your account exists and for as long afterwards as tax and accounting rules require. Delete your web account from the account page and the identity record goes with it; billing records that we are legally obliged to keep remain.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, export or erasure of your personal data. Email support from the address on your account and we will confirm within thirty days.

This document is maintained in the site repository, so every change is reviewable in version history. Material changes are announced in the Discord server before they take effect.
