Support tickets
Members can open permission-restricted tickets, receive AI-assisted responses, request human support, and obtain continuity throughout the support process.
Axion uses first-party Discord bots, including Axionova and AxionSignal, to keep support responsive, membership access accurate, trading-signal information organized, and the community safer. This page explains what those bots do and how their data use is governed.
Our bots are purpose-built for Axion. They assist members and staff with a defined set of operational tasks; they are not used to monitor individual presence, games, or device activity.
Members can open permission-restricted tickets, receive AI-assisted responses, request human support, and obtain continuity throughout the support process.
The bots help assign, renew, reconcile, and remove Premium or Verified Customer roles so Discord access matches valid membership entitlements.
When requested by a member, public transaction references may be checked to confirm a membership payment and complete the corresponding role workflow.
AxionSignal reads messages only in administrator-configured analyst channels, extracts structured trading-signal fields, links updates to the relevant signal, and publishes standardized embeds.
Configured safeguards help staff handle membership events, ticket activity, role changes, suspicious attachments, and other operational events.
Axion's bots process Discord information only to deliver their stated community, support, membership, moderation, security, and auditing functions.
Free-form message content is used for support conversations, ticket continuity, transcripts, signal classification in configured analyst channels, and narrowly configured moderation—not advertising or unrelated profiling.
Ticket content may be sent to an AI provider to generate a support response, and configured analyst-channel content may be sent for signal classification and structured extraction. Discord message content is not used to train or fine-tune AI models.
Stored ticket and membership information is limited to authorized operators, support personnel, and service providers who need it to perform these functions.
Members can contact Axion to request access to or deletion of personal information associated with their Discord account, subject to necessary exceptions.
Last updated July 14, 2026. This policy applies to Axion's first-party Discord applications and bots, including Axionova and AxionSignal.
Depending on the feature being used, Axion's bots may process:
Never send passwords, authentication tokens, cryptocurrency seed phrases, private keys, or other credentials to an Axion bot or support ticket.
We use this information to provide support tickets; generate AI-assisted responses and escalate to human staff; classify analyst messages and extract standardized signal fields; link updates and closes to the relevant signal; publish structured signal embeds; verify membership-related transactions; assign, renew, reconcile, or remove Discord roles; create ticket transcripts; apply configured moderation rules; send relevant membership reminders; prevent abuse; troubleshoot failures; and audit application operations.
We do not sell Discord data, use it for advertising, or use it to profile users for unrelated purposes. Our bots do not collect or use individual Discord presence, activity, game, or device-status information.
Ticket message content and attachment metadata may be sent to an AI service provider to generate a support response. Message text and relevant reply context from administrator-configured analyst channels may be sent to an AI service provider for signal classification and structured extraction. These uses are inference rather than model training.
We do not use Discord message content to train or fine-tune machine-learning or AI models. AI-generated responses may be reviewed by authorized support staff and should not be treated as financial, legal, or other professional advice.
Ticket conversation history and related ticket state may be stored in an access-controlled application database or on the application host outside Discord. Ticket content is retained only as long as reasonably necessary to operate and audit the support workflow. Closed ticket records may be removed through authorized staff maintenance, and users may request deletion using the contact information below.
Membership, transaction-verification, security, and operational records may be retained longer when reasonably necessary to maintain an active membership, prevent fraud or abuse, resolve disputes, maintain accounting records, or comply with legal obligations.
AxionSignal records may include source message and analyst identifiers, raw and cleaned message text, classification results, extracted signal fields, and signal-linkage state. These records may be retained longer than 30 days when reasonably necessary to link later updates or closes, audit the signal workflow, troubleshoot failures, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, or comply with legal obligations.
Ticket transcripts sent to a Discord user or authorized staff channel are also stored by Discord and are subject to Discord's own retention and privacy practices.
We may provide limited information to providers that help operate the bots, including Discord, infrastructure and database hosting providers, AI inference providers, and transaction-verification or blockchain infrastructure providers. These providers receive information only as needed to perform their services.
Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect users or the service, to investigate abuse, or as part of a business transfer subject to appropriate safeguards.
Access to stored ticket, membership, and signal-workflow information is restricted to authorized operators and support personnel who need it for the purposes described above. We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect stored information and service credentials. No online system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Opening a support ticket is voluntary. Some processing is necessary when a member chooses to use a ticket, membership-verification, or other requested feature. AxionSignal processing applies only in administrator-configured analyst channels and cannot be individually disabled for messages posted there because it is necessary to provide the signal-routing feature. Moderation and security processing may apply in configured server channels and cannot be individually disabled where necessary to protect the community.
You may request access to or deletion of personal information associated with your Discord account by emailing axioncryptohq@gmail.com. Include the relevant Discord user ID so we can identify the correct records. We may need to verify the request and may retain information where required for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, accounting, or legal compliance.
Axion's bots are not intended for anyone below the minimum age required to use Discord in their country. We do not knowingly seek to collect information from users who are not permitted to use Discord.
We may update this policy when bot functionality or data practices change. The updated version will show a new “Last updated” date on this page.
Contact the Axion team and include your Discord user ID when the request concerns account data.
